9.9/10 - One of my favorite types of bread is sourdough. My family friend Alex Beare baked one of her famous sourdoughs. I think she should definitely start a bakery because it is the BEST sourdough I have ever tried. The sourdough is so doughy, warm and yummy on the inside, mixed with the perfect crunchiness on the outside. I like mine toasted with butter. You could eat it with jelly or just plain too.
